The New Majestic Park Homes Trash Pick-up Schedule has been added to the Owners' Information Page.  We have returned to the three days a week pick-up of trash schedule effective May 4th, 2026 (05/01/2026).

NEW OFFICE HOURS ARE IN EFFECT STARTING ON MAY 4, 2026 - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY - HOURS ARE STILL 9:00 AM UNTIL 12:00 NOON UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, SEE NOTICE IN OWNERS' INFORMATION SECTION.   (05/01/2026)

Information regarding the upcoming hurricane season and that Majestic Park is in an evacuation zone  is located in the Owners' Information page.  There is also an extensive guide giving information as to items to have in your home for hurricanes as well as items to have available if you need to evacuate.  (05/01/2026)

May has arrived and the current Season is drawing to a close with our remaining Snowbirds heading back north.  Thank you to all those who attended the functions and helped coordinate and assisted with them. 

The April Calendar and Back of the Calendar are located on the Social Club Page.  These will be left on throughout the Summer season.  Events held by our Fulltimers will be listed on the Social Club Page.

I heard that the alternate St. Patrick's Day Dinner was a major success.  Heard that the food was delicious and a great time was had by those who attended, and it was a really great turnout.  Pictures can be found in the Events Section and my thanks to Kim D and Rick S for taking pictures.  (03/25/2026)

A special board meeting was held March 24, 2026 to accept the Majestic Park Activities Committee (formerly the Social Club) and comments on the By-Law Change and Rules and Regulations.  An update letter can be found in the Majestic Owner Update section and printed copies are available in the Office for you if you did not receive one at the meeting.  (03/24/2026)

The Pancake Breakfast was wonderful this morning.  Hope everyone had a chance to come and enjoy the last one of the season.  You couldn't beat the price.  Enjoy the pictures in the Events section taken this morning, thanks Kim D. for the pictures.  Thanks also to Kim and her group for making such a delicious meal for us all. GREAT NEWS – IMPORTANT!! 

 At the Social Club Meeting Wednesday morning (March 18, 2026). Plans are underway to no longer be a LLC Social Club but be part of the Majestic Park Homes, Inc. again. The Pancake Breakfast is now scheduled for March 21 at no charge - hours are still from 8:00 - 9:30 am. If you haven’t signed up, please do so by tomorrow, FRIDAY, 3/20/26. The St. Patrick's Day Dinner has been rescheduled to March 24 for those who had originally signed up for the dinner at no charge and also for those who sign up by MONDAY, 3/23/26. The Farewell Til Next Time Party is now going to be held on March 28th with the Off to the Races event at 1:00 pm on Third Street next to Volunteer Hall. This event will be held outside if the weather permits or in the Hall if the weather is bad.  Barbecue will be served at this event.  All regular events are now back on. More information will be coming out on information sheets delivered to the houses. Please inform your neighbors if they do not access the website.    (03/19/2026)

The Ice Cream Social was a good way to celebrate the "coming of the warm weather"  It sure was good, thanks to the Social Club for supplying all the goodies.  Delicious Sundaes and Root Beer Floats.  All kinds of toppings available and such a friendly crew serving the goodies.  Prizes of gift cards to Dairy Cream for free ice cream with your ticket if it was drawn and music for those who chose to dance. What a nice Valentine's Day Pancake Breakfast.  We had a such a great turnout.  Thanks to Kim Davis and her excellent, helpful, and friendly breakfast crew.  Our tables were filled, so more were added.  Everyone seem to have had such an enjoyable time. Thanks to the Social Club for such a fun week.  The Welcome Back Pizza Party was a great success and the pizza was very good and plentiful.  Also included were salads, beverages, and even some dessert cookies.  The Magician, Geoff Williams, was excellent - not only some magic, but he was so very funny and to top if off, fresh popcorn, some beverages, and a delicious dessert.  Hope all those who attended either or both evenings had a great time.  Some pictures from the Magic Show are on the Events Page.  (01/15/2026)

Pictures from the Christmas Eve Luncheon can be found on the Events Section.  Such a fun time and the food was great.  Thanks to Kim, Patti, and Mike for the cooking and all the others who helped during the Luncheon.  Santa was there and two cute Ginger Bread Cookies .  Such a nice way to start the Christmas festivities.  (12/24/2025)

The Cookie Swap and Food Drive was enjoyed by Park residents this afternoon.  Thanks to those who baked those delicious cookies.  Those of us who came and shared in the delicious goodies are very grateful and enjoyed quite the variety of cookies as well as Apple Cider, Eggnog, Coffee and Hot Cocoa.  Thanks also to the residents who brought all the food goods to share with those less fortunate and will be donated to the local food bank. The new Budget for 2026 has been voted on and the monthly fee has been raised starting January 1, 2026.  Please see information in the  Majestic Owners Update section as well as information from Pat the Treasurer regarding the ACH Authorization Form that was originally turned in.  (12/09/2025)

We had a small but dedicated group of residents who helped to decorate our Volunteer Hall for Christmas.  Many thanks to them for the nice job.  Please enjoy the lovely decorations during the Christmas season.  Pictures can be found in the Gallery Section.  Their work and talent is greatly appreciated.  (12/5/2025)

Happy December - as more and more residents head back to Majestic to enjoy Winter with their friends and much warmer weather, we are looking forward to another enjoyable season.  Residents had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner created by our own "Chef" Kim Davis and her great crew.  Apparently approximately 45 residents attended and a nice time was had by all.  If anyone in attendance has any pictures to share let someone in the office know to contact me.  Don't forget our first Coffee Social on Wednesday, December 3 and to sign up for donuts at the Library Door.  Hope to see many there (12/01/2025)

A great 4th of July celebration.  First of all the parade around the Park, then a wonderful luncheon.  Our year-round residents had a great time and they were joined by the two newest Park residents.  Thanks again to Lisa, Wanda and Laurie for putting this together.  See the pictures in the Events Page.  (07/04/2025)

Our full time residents had a wonderful Memorial Celebration at the Hall.  We had approximately 25 residents attend.  Many because they were in the Service and those who were there to recognize those they had lost.  Thanks to Lisa K, Paul K.,

 Thanks to all the residents and volunteers for a wonderful 2024/2025 Season.  So many fun activities from all the games, dinners, celebrations, cornhole, line dancing, chair yoga, the new Majestic Park Market Place.  Thanks to all who were elected as board members or officers, donated blood, worked on the great new landscaping at the front of the Park, helped their neighbors after the hurricanes, performed for the grateful residents who enjoyed the shows, and so much else.  As you can see in these notes and on the gallery or events pages, they had a good time.  Have a safe Summer whether here in Florida or your home states.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again next season.
