Christmas is coming.  Don't forget to sign up for the Christmas Eve luncheon on the posting by the library door.  The luncheon is on December 24, 2024 from 12:30 - 3:30.  Great food, good neighbors, and a sing along after if you care to join.  ALSO - there will be a New Year's Eve Party featuring Stan the Music Man from 6:30 pm until ???.  Held in the Park Clubhouse.  (Bring a snack and drink and dance and sing the night away)   (12/18/2024)  - See any updates or changes on the Social Club Page

Attention Majestic Park Residents:  The 2025 Resident Directory is in the final steps before being printed and distributed.  If you have any changes to your name, address, telephone number(s) or would like to add your email address to the directory, please get a form from the office to make any changes.   If you are not at the Park, please contact someone in the office and give them the information.  It is important to have the correct information for our residents.  Thank you.  (12/12/2024)

December is here and many activities have already started and many new ones are coming.  With our newest Social Club board there should be many events to attend.  We will have more Meet & Greets, Karaoke, card and board game events, holiday parties and Thanksgiving dinner, exercise classes and other activities.  Singing, entertainment, snacks, and  fun times and whatever else the Social Club Board plans for entertainment.  Hopefully you can join in on the functions.  The December calendar is on the website on the Social Club Page and has been delivered to residents, and is in the Office.   Any additions or changes will be noted here and on the Social Club Page  (12/01/2024)

New information has been added to the Social Club Page regarding the creation of a Book Club and starting a new Exercise Class.  There are informational letters created by Bonnie Shaw regarding these items.  The informational meetings will both be held on December 16, 2024.  See letters on Social Club Page for more concerning times and content.  (11/26/2024)

Please note, rummage pickups  have started again on Tuesdays only.  Ruth Mahon oversees the Rummage Room Store on Tuesdays excluding MPH Board/Owner Meeting days if residents wish to make a purchase.  The Store is open from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. on Rummage Pickup Tuesdays  (11/24/2024)

Due to the slowness of the mail delivery this year and calls we have received that the mail has not been delivered, we have placed information concerning the "1st Notice - Annual Election of Directors & Membership Meeting", a copy of the "2025 Proposed Budget", and the letter concerning the "Automatic Withdrawal of ACH Debits" for having your dues automatically withdrawn from your banking account on the Owner's Information Page. We are happy to notify you that there is a new SOCIAL CLUB NEWSLETTER for your information located on the Social Club Page.  This will inform you of functions that started up in November and what they hope to accomplish during the balance of the Winter Season.  Also, please remember that for any events held by the Social Club that involve food items, we request that you sign up that you are attending on the door to the game/library room by noon the day before the function.  A new December calendar has been added to the Social Club page.  (12/01/2024)

Information and pictures regarding damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton are on the website in the Majestic Owner Updates Section.  Many year round Park residents pitched in to clean up and limit any damage to the units.   Unit numbers are not listed with the pictures.  Even though this time we had much greater damage, we were still very lucky that the damage was not greater.  Thanks to everyone for their help.  (10/11/2024)

We hope everyone enjoyed their Summer.  It is December.  Many of our snowbirds have returned or will be headed back down shortly to join our permanent residents.  We all look forward to seeing everyone again.  We have had our experiences this year with Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton and hope those who had damage can recover shortly and we do not have to deal with any more hurricanes this season.   (12/01/2024)

Hope you had a chance to attend the Pop Up Happy Hour at the Pavilion (Gazebo) area on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.  The turn out was great with between 35 - 40 people in attendance.  Stan our Music Man was there.  He entertained and has a wonderful singing voice.  So much dancing, singing and chatting among friends.  It was so nice to see so many people enjoying themselves.   We are hoping this becomes  a weekly gathering on Tuesdays with Stan being there when available.  Please BYOB and come join your neighbors when Happy Hour in the Park resumes again. Don't forget to pick up your 2024 Park Directory at the Office.  There have been many new residents added.  A new Directory will be coming out for 2025.

Pictures from this season can be found in the Gallery or Events Sections. The 1st Annual Golf Outing is back.  Off to the Races were added as well as the pictures from Happy Days.   The Bandstand Dance pictures have also been added.  As have the St. Patrick's Day dinner.  (03/17/2024)
