It is with great sadness that that we share the news that a very long time resident, Joe Balducci passed away on Sunday, August 23 at the age of 103. For further information please read his obituary in the Owners' Information Section. (08/27/2026)
The Majestic Owners Only Section is progressing very well. Kathy has done a very good job adding items and working on the list that will be sent to those residents with email addresses. Information concerning the upcoming election, Minutes from the previous season and copies of the budget from this year are all included. We thank Kathy for all the work she has put into this password only section and I know as soon as you are able to access it you will agree. (08/27/2026)
To those of you who visit the website often and have noticed we have added a Majestic Owners Only section, this is the section that was discussed shortly before the last season ended. This section will be password protected and have information contained in it that is for Majestic Park Owners only. The Board is working on the items that will be included, such as monthly financial statements, Board meeting minutes, etc. Each owner with an email address listed on their records will receive an email explaining how to access the page and setup your own password for this section. As soon as that information is available you will be notified on the website and you will receive an email from Majestic. This is will be available to owners soon, so keep checking your email. Majestic Park Activities Committee will be sponsoring a cook-out on Monday, Sept. 7th at noon. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided. Everyone is asked to please bring a side-dish. A sign-up sheet will be posted on the library door. (08/01/2026)

The New Majestic Park Homes Trash Pick-up Schedule has been added to the Owners' Information Page. We have returned to the three days a week pick-up of trash schedule effective May 4th, 2026 (05/01/2026).

A special board meeting was held March 24, 2026 to accept the Majestic Park Activities Committee (formerly the Social Club) and comments on the By-Law Change and Rules and Regulations.
