The new Board Officers are officially in office.  Welcome to Jim Henderson, Maureen Cassidy, Kathryn Vermilion, Kim Davis, Laurie Boudreau, Tim Doughty, Al Gareau, Gloria Glossop and Stan Simick.  Our thanks to those retiring this year, Vic Morella, Dick Hewitt, Pat Collins, Linda Horton Cook, Janet Dryer and Debbie Shambo.  Welcome to the new Officers and Board Members and thanks for all the hard work to those who have served us so well.  (1/13/2026)

The first Pancake Breakfast of the Season was held today.  Pictures are available for viewing in the Events Section.  (01/10/2026)  This week we have the Annual Board Meeting on Tuesday at 2:00 pm, the Welcome Back Pizza Party on Wednesday at 5:00 pm, and Geoff Williams the Magician on Thursday at 7:00 pm plus all the regular activities.  Don't forget to check your calendars and make sure you are signed up.  (01/10/2026)

The Agenda for the January Annual Board Meeting has been posted.  It is scheduled for January 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm in Volunteer Hall.  All owners are invited and encouraged to attend.  Come and meet your new Officers and Board Members.  (1/07/2026)

Don't forget the upcoming New Year's Eve Party starting at 6:00 pm and the New Year's Day Pot Luck at 1:00 pm.  Sign-ups for both are on the Library Door as well as a sign-up for our first Pancake Breakfast on January 10, 2026.  Christmas decorations will be removed from the Hall on January 2nd, please if you are able, come to the Hall and help remove the Christmas decorations.  All information is on the calendar.  (12/28/2025)

Pictures from the Christmas Eve Luncheon can be found on the Events Section.  Such a fun time and the food was great.  Thanks to Kim, Patti, and Mike for the cooking and all the others who helped during the Luncheon.  Santa was there and two cute Ginger Bread Cookies .  Such a nice way to start the Christmas festivities.  (12/24/2025)

The January Calendar is posted on the Social Club Page.  It was distributed at the Christmas Eve Luncheon and will be distributed in the Park this week and any new residents coming in for the season will be able to obtain a new Calendar from the office.  Please take a look and see all the fun activities coming up in January.  (12/24/2025)

We have one mobile unit for sale listed in our Units for Sale section.  Please note that the price has been newly reduced.  Other units may be listed by individual realtors in the Park. (12/21/2025)

Please note, at the Social Club Advisory Meeting held today, the price of the Christmas Eve Luncheon at 1:00 was reduced to $5.00 each person.  Please make sure to sign up on the sheet on the Library door if you are interested in attending.  There is also information regarding the New Year's Day Pot Luck Dinner and voting for the best Christmas decorated house in the Social Club Section. The Board Election normally scheduled the Second Tuesday of January with the Annual Board Meeting will not be held this year.  We have the same number of board openings available at that time as we have residents running for those positions, therefore the election is not needed.  The Annual Board Meeting will still be held on January 13 at 2:00 pm, but the election will not conducted.  (12/14/2025)

The Cookie Swap and Food Drive was enjoyed by Park residents this afternoon.  Thanks to those who baked those delicious cookies.  Those of us who came and shared in the delicious goodies are very grateful and enjoyed quite the variety of cookies as well as Apple Cider, Eggnog, Coffee and Hot Cocoa.  Thanks also to the residents who brought all the food goods to share with those less fortunate and will be donated to the local food bank. The new Budget for 2026 has been voted on and the monthly fee has been raised starting January 1, 2026.  Please see information in the  Majestic Owners Update section as well as information from Pat the Treasurer regarding the ACH Authorization Form that was originally turned in.  (12/09/2025)

We had a small but dedicated group of residents who helped to decorate our Volunteer Hall for Christmas.  Many thanks to them for the nice job.  Please enjoy the lovely decorations during the Christmas season.  Pictures can be found in the Gallery Section.  Their work and talent is greatly appreciated.  (12/5/2025)

Happy December - as more and more residents head back to Majestic to enjoy Winter with their friends and much warmer weather, we are looking forward to another enjoyable season.  Residents had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner created by our own "Chef" Kim Davis and her great crew.  Apparently approximately 45 residents attended and a nice time was had by all.  If anyone in attendance has any pictures to share let someone in the office know to contact me.  Don't forget our first Coffee Social on Wednesday, December 3 and to sign up for donuts at the Library Door.  Hope to see many there (12/01/2025)

The New Majestic Park Homes Trash Pick-up Schedule has been added to the Owners' Information Page.  We have returned to the five days a week pick-up of trash schedule effective November 20, 2025  (11/26/2025)

I am so happy to report that activities are starting up again.  Please read the Social Club page for a new Social Club letter from President Peg Taylor.  A new Calendar for December with all the activities is posted.  There will once again be a delicious Thanksgiving Dinner prepared by our Chef Kim Davis and her great kitchen crew.  Cost is $10 each and sign up will be on the Library Door for those planning on attending.  It will be really a great meal with good companionship.  (11/16/2025)  Any other normal monthly activities will continue in November and any other activities that are planned will be posted on this website and the Library door.

A new November MAJESTIC VOICE has been added to the website.  It can be found in Majestic Voice and Updates Section.  We also will be adding information about the Majestic Park Annual election soon.  These have been delivered to the residents in the Park and have been mailed to the residents still at their Northern homes.  We will keep you updated as items are added.  (11/2/2025)

The Board/Residents' Meeting dates for December, 2025 and January, 2026 have been posted in the Owners' Information Section for the upcoming season.  More meeting dates will be added after the election of officers in January, 2026.  (10/13/2025)

Information regarding the upcoming hurricane season and that Majestic Park is in an evacuation zone has been added to the Owners' Information page.  There is also an extensive guide giving information as to items to have in your home for hurricanes as well as items to have available if you need to evacuate.  (08/15/2025)

A great 4th of July celebration.  First of all the parade around the Park, then a wonderful luncheon.  Our year-round residents had a great time and they were joined by the two newest Park residents.  Thanks again to Lisa, Wanda and Laurie for putting this together.  See the pictures in the Events Page.  (07/04/2025)

Our full time residents had a wonderful Memorial Celebration at the Hall.  We had approximately 25 residents attend.  Many because they were in the Service and those who were there to recognize those they had lost.  Thanks to Lisa K, Paul K.,

 Thanks to all the residents and volunteers for a wonderful 2024/2025 Season.  So many fun activities from all the games, dinners, celebrations, cornhole, line dancing, chair yoga, the new Majestic Park Market Place.  Thanks to all who were elected as board members or officers, donated blood, worked on the great new landscaping at the front of the Park, helped their neighbors after the hurricanes, performed for the grateful residents who enjoyed the shows, and so much else.  As you can see in these notes and on the gallery or events pages, they had a good time.  Have a safe Summer whether here in Florida or your home states.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again next season. Mardi Gras Party was held on the Tuesday before Lent started, as is the tradition.  There was a great meal including Jambalaya and other goodies.  The Hall was decorated and costumes were worn by some party goers.  Pictures can be found in the Events Section. (3/6/25)

Majestic Park Downs held their second "Off to the Races" again this past Saturday.  Beautiful but hot weather, the horses looked familiar and were ready to race, and we had a variety of jockeys anxious to win.  Such a good lunch supplied by the Social Club, and so much laughter and a good time.  Pictures are available on the Gallery Page of the Website.  Thanks for everyone's help and attendance.  (02/16/2025)
