What's Happening in the Park Now!

​MAJESTIC PARK RESIDENTS

Our full time residents had a wonderful Memorial Celebration at the Hall.  We had approximately 25 residents attend.  Many because they were in the Service and those who were there to recognize those they had lost.  Thanks to Lisa K, Paul K., 

Wanda S, Kim D., and all those who helped set up, supplied food, joined in being part of the group recognizing the importance of this Holiday.  Please see the pictures in the Gallery Section.  Thanks for the pictures Wanda.  (5/27/25)

The New Majestic Park Homes Trash Pick-up Schedule has been added to the Owners' Information Page.  We have returned to the three days a week pick-up of trash schedule effect the First of May.  (05/15/2025)

It's May, hopefully those remaining in the Park are enjoying the new activities planned for them by Lisa K and Wanda S.  Have a safe Summer to all, whether in Florida or back in your home states or providences.  Stay safe and we look forward to seeing everyone in the Fall.  Let's hope for calmer weather this Summer and Fall seasons and that we don't experience the hurricanes like we did last year.   (5/01/2025)

Please note there are Social Club Summer Activities listed on the Social Club Page.  Not only is Chair Yoga on Sundays at 10:00 am continuing, Music/Karaoke has been added starting  May 1st under the Gazebo from 5:00 - 9:00 pm (4/26/2025)

It's April.  So many have already left or will be shortly as they head for their homes up North.  Thanks to all the residents and volunteers for a wonderful 2024/2025 Season.  So many fun activities from all the games, dinners, celebrations, cornhole, line dancing, chair yoga, the new Majestic Park Market Place.  Thanks to all who were elected as board members or officers, donated blood, worked on the great new landscaping at the front of the Park, helped their neighbors after the hurricanes, performed for the grateful residents who enjoyed the shows, and so much else.  As you can see in these notes and on the gallery or events pages, they had a good time.  Have a safe Summer whether here in Florida or your home states.  Looking forward to seeing everyone again next season. Pictures from the Bye Bye Party can be found on the Events Page.  The picnic had to be held inside due to the winds, but thanks to our chefs, grillers, Stan our Music Man, all the residents who came to share and say goodbye to our Snowbirds and the residents (Full timers) who are staying in the Park.  Lots of fun, good food, and fun reviewing the great season.  (Thanks to Rick and Joyce for sharing their pictures)  03/25/2025

A letter given to all Majestic Park Unit Owners currently in the Park clarifying how and where maintenance payments for Majestic Park are to be handled can be found and read on the Majestic Owner Update Page .  There was some concern and confusion as to where the maintenance payments should be mailed or dropped off, and this will help clarify this matter.   (03/13/2025)

Mardi Gras Party was held on the Tuesday before Lent started, as is the tradition.  There was a great meal including Jambalaya and other goodies.  The Hall was decorated and costumes were worn by some party goers.  Pictures can be found in the Events Section. (3/6/25)

Happy Days were here again and once again performed to perfection.  Thanks to Gabriele & Mary Giuffre for the wonderful show and thanks to the Social Club for the delicious sandwiches and snacks.  How lucky we are as a Park to have such great talent and dedicated Social Club helpers..  Please look at the Events page for some pictures taken at the show.  (02/28/2025)

Majestic Park Downs held their second "Off to the Races" again this past Saturday.  Beautiful but hot weather, the horses looked familiar and were ready to race, and we had a variety of jockeys anxious to win.  Such a good lunch supplied by the Social Club, and so much laughter and a good time.  Pictures are available on the Gallery Page of the Website.  Thanks for everyone's help and attendance.  (02/16/2025)

We are happy to notify you that there is a SOCIAL CLUB NEWSLETTER for your information located on the Social Club Page.  This will inform you of functions that started up in November and what they hope to accomplish during the balance of the Winter Season.  Also, please remember that for any events held by the Social Club that involve food items, we request that you sign up that you are attending on the door to the game/library room by noon the day before the function.   (12/01/2024)
