Majestic Park Homes is a Resident-Owned, Volunteer Supported and Volunteer Managed Retirement Community created for 55 year plus people looking for a great place to live. The community is comprised of 161 units and loaded with amenities such as a 3,620 square foot recreation hall, a library/exercise room, an office, resident laundry facilities and shuffle board courts.
Recreation Hall
The recreation hall has been rated by the Seminole Fire Department as having a total capacity of 220 people. It is divided into five rooms. The main hall has chairs and tables for approximately 200 people. It also is equipped with a loudspeaker system and 2400 sq. ft. stage. Furnished kitchen, restrooms and a storage room complete the hall area.

Workshop and Laundry
We have a workshop, laundry and laundry yard. The building and surrounding walls were decorated by our resident, Jeanne Frisbee, as well as other areas in the Park - To see Jeanne's beautiful paintings in that area and other areas decorated by Jeanne, see below.
